Hello Im from Perth Western Australia , and my brother is from Adelaide in South Australia we each own an Xbox 360 - when we visited the local mod chip people here in our states they told us that you CAN NOT play NTSC games on a PAL Xbox 360 Console - is this true about Xbox 360 Mods?? A. Yes Xbox 360 mod chips CAN allow NTSC games to play on a PAL Console - YES even Original NTSC games can play on a PAL Xbox 360 Console - It is a process by where the Code on the Xbox 360 is substituted for different region code. This means while it plays original and backups of NTSC games it would not play originals and backups from PAL Australia - until the hex code is changed back. This is the same for all Version Xbox 360 - NTSC-J Xbox 360 - NTSC-U/C - Xbox 360 PAL - all can be changed to different region !!
